Some teams have pre-existing swag or rewards stores, but still want the thrill and interactive fun of Swivel. With Swivel Points, these teams can now enjoy the app!
Getting Started
To enable this feature, head to Settings > Personalization > Enable Swivel Points. There are a few settings to be aware of:
- Can users submit requests to redeem prizes:
- Yes - A user will see the option within Swivel to request points redemption. They’ll be prompted to input how many points to spend, and what they want to spend it on. This will create an admin request. Once the admin fulfills this reward off the Swivel platform, it will be tracked as a completed reward.
- No - Users can’t request to redeem points. Instead, admins can be notified when users reach specific thresholds, and can then offer prizes. With this setting, it is the job of the admin to manually deduct points from this user.
To track your team’s Swivel Points balances, navigate to Reward Management > Manage Swivel Points. There, you can view a user’s reward history, and redeem points on their behalf.
